Award-winning project
As part of my employer brand work with Springer Nature, I supported the development and delivery of an award-winning employee advocacy project.
The work contributed to two recognitions: Gold for Best Brand Ambassador Programme and Highly Commended for Best Integration of Employer Brand in Communication Strategy.
The project focused on building authentic employee storytelling, strengthening ambassador engagement, and creating a more joined-up employer brand presence across teams and channels.
